Mihir Shukla
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Mihir is a visionary in the automation space and co-founder of Automation Anywhere. He pioneered the technology that empowers customers worldwide to automate business processes with intelligent software bots – AI-powered digital workers that perform repetitive and manual tasks, resulting in dramatic productivity gains, optimized customer experience and more engaged employees. His vision for intelligent automation powered by cloud-native technology has defined a new category in automation. Under his leadership, Automation Anywhere has become a global leader and continues to create groundbreaking technologies to accelerate digital transformation for some of the world's largest organizations. Prior to founding the company, Mihir held leadership roles in Internet, e-commerce, and wireless markets at the forefront of innovation.

James Budge
Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer, James leads finance, investor relations, IT and facilities for Automation Anywhere. He has decades of experience as a CFO at public, private and SaaS software companies, and is well-known on Wall Street for his expertise in public fundraising, guiding companies through public markets and managing complex global operations. Most recently, he was CFO of Pluralsight where revenue grew 400% under his leadership and he led the company through an IPO and multiple secondary offerings. Prior to Pluralsight, James was CFO of Anaplan and spent four years as COO/CFO of Genesys and seven years as COO/CFO of Rovi, enabling both Genesys and Rovi to generate in excess of $1 billion annual revenue and collectively raising over $5 billion in public funds.
What you didn’t know: When not working, you will find James enjoying many team sports, wake surfing and snowboarding with his wife, six teenagers and friends, including his Rhodesian Ridgeback dog.

Mike Micucci
Chief Operating Officer
Mike is the chief operating officer for Automation Anywhere with a proven track record in executive product and marketing leadership roles in Cloud and enterprise technology. He is responsible for global operations and accelerating the company to its next stage of growth.
As an eleven-year veteran of Salesforce, Mike was the CEO & EVP of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the market-leading enterprise ecommerce platform. This encompassed the products Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce, and Community Cloud, which powered the worlds leading brands to engage hundreds of millions of shoppers every day.
Before Salesforce, Mike was the co-founder and CEO of GroupSwim, which Salesforce acquired. Mike has also served in senior Product and Marketing roles at Commerce One, Netscape and HP.
What you didn’t know: Mike is a passionate cyclist, runner and backcountry snowboarder. He is also the father of two wonderful teenage daughters.

Ankur Kothari
Chief Customer & Strategy Officer and Co-Founder
Ankur is chief customer and strategy officer at Automation Anywhere where he leads an extensive customer success, support and renewal organization offering invaluable support to customers on their automation journey. Ankur provides a unique business perspective on extending the value of intelligent automation to new markets worldwide. As a co-founder, he has been a driving force ever since the company’s inception playing critical leadership roles driving vision and strategy. With more than 17 years’ experience in the software industry, he’s held leadership positions focused on engineering, products, services and support.
What you didn’t know: Ankur’s aspirations include participating in Ironman and opening a microbrewery. In that order.

Prince Kohli
Chief Technology Officer
Prince serves as the chief technology officer leading the product and engineering teams, bringing more than two decades of experience in the technology industry. He was most recently senior vice president of engineering at ThoughtSpot, a data analytics company. Prior to this, Prince held senior roles at Ericsson, running global R&D for all digital products with a team of more than 10,000 people and responsibilities for 92 product lines, including building large-scale cloud infrastructure and cloud-hosted management stacks. Prior to Ericsson, Prince held various executive leadership roles within the cloud and enterprise groups at Citrix, after co-founding a security start-up that was acquired by Citrix. While there, he worked with some of the world's largest companies and public cloud providers. Prince began his career as an engineer at Silicon Graphics.
What you didn’t know: When not working, Prince enjoys reading and a game – or two – of squash and bridge.

Adi Kuruganti
Chief Product Officer
Adi is the chief product officer at Automation Anywhere where he leads the product, design, and content teams. Adi has spent the past two decades in product leadership roles primarily in enterprise technology. Adi brings a proven track record of launching new innovative products and scaling Cloud businesses.
As a 15-year veteran of Salesforce.com, Adi was SVP and General Manager of the Experience Cloud business unit. His expertise includes building cloud-first digital platforms, including customer and partner portals, commerce storefronts, websites, mobile apps, and other omnichannel digital experiences. During Adi’s tenure at Salesforce, his team helped build vaccine management, contract tracing, and solutions that powered other digital transformation initiatives for customers around the world.
Adi holds a bachelor’s in engineering degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management.
What you didn’t know: Adi loves reading about history and his bucket list includes visiting the seven wonders of the world! Outside of work you’ll also find him at the local basketball court trying to keep up with his 11yr old son.

Anna Rosenman
Chief Marketing Officer
As chief marketing officer for Automation Anywhere, Anna is responsible for building a brand that inspires business leaders in every industry to automate, optimize, scale – and discover what they will automate next – all in the cloud. During a 10-year career at Salesforce, she was responsible for all aspects of marketing for Commerce Cloud, used by millions of shoppers across global brands – and served as a senior vice president of marketing where she launched several product lines, including Experience Cloud, Salesforce CMS, and Analytics Cloud. Prior to Salesforce, she worked in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman, specializing in financial services. She holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and a master's degree in business administration from MIT Sloan School of Management.
What you didn’t know: Anna loves cooking, art, and yoga. On the weekends, you can find her at a museum, farmers market, or working on the next great American children’s book.

Rob Ferguson
Chief Revenue Officer
Rob leads global sales and alliances at Automation Anywhere, helping organizations embrace the shift to a digital workforce that automates the right tasks and empowers humans to focus on what they do best: collaborate, create, and drive business success.
Prior to Automation Anywhere, Rob spent over a decade in senior sales leadership roles at Salesforce where he managed national and global go-to-market organizations. Rob also spent seven years at Oracle leading strategic accounts and held senior sales roles at Sybase and PTC.
What you didn’t know: Rob lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, son, and daughter. He loves to play golf, ski, follow the Golden State Warriors as well as the Chelsea Football Club, and has been a passionate fan since childhood growing up in England. He is active with several non-profits. including Special Olympics Northern California, where he previously served on the board.

Nancy Hauge
Chief People Experience Officer
Nancy oversees all "people" functions worldwide, including talent acquisition, communication, total rewards, learning and development, and employee engagement. She brings more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership and management consulting roles. Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, she was the chief people officer at HotChalk where she was responsible for all people functions, legal and facilities. Before that, Nancy served as the VP of global human resources and facilities at Silicon Image through its acquisition in 2015, and as SVP of human resources for K12 Inc. through their 2007 IPO. She also has executive experience at Ruckus Network, Noah’s New York Bagels, Gymboree Corporation and Sun Microsystems. Nancy is the founder of the international consulting firm 2nd & Nun Street Group, which focuses on rapidly growing start-ups or established companies undergoing great change. She has served on the Board of Regents for Holy Names College and the Board of Advisors to The Cameron School of Business at The University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
What you didn’t know: Nancy started her career in comedy. Writing and performing. Of course, Nancy admits that she is lucky she wasn’t very good at that or she would not be here today.

Sumit Johar
Chief Information Officer
Sumit Johar is Chief Information Officer for Automation Anywhere responsible for leading and overseeing the vision, strategy, and operations of the company’s IT department globally. Sumit provides strategic IT leadership to all business units and functions while fostering innovation and is streamlining operations with the company’s Automation 360 platform. Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, Sumit served as CIO at MobileIron, and before that, led Enterprise Applications at TIBCO Software.

Rushabh Parmani
Executive Vice President Customer Success & Operations and Co-Founder
Rushabh and his team manage the customer experience for all Automation Anywhere customers worldwide. His ability to convey the RPA vision has been instrumental in instilling a successful culture of automation in this organization since its inception. Passionate about technology, Rushabh co-founded the company and has held other leadership roles including product development, sales, customer support, and professional services.
What you didn't know: Rushabh wants customers to realize high returns—similar to the high return he experienced bungee jumping from the world’s highest bungee bridge in Bloukrans, South Africa.

Neeti Mehta Shukla
Social Impact Officer and Co-Founder
Neeti is a Co-Founder and Social Impact Officer at Automation Anywhere, the world's leading RPA and intelligent automation success platform, delivering solutions to transform business processes. She is one of only a few women globally who have founded billion-dollar organizations.
A visionary and avid strategist, Neeti brings more than 25 years of technology entrepreneurship, marketing, brand development, and CSR experience from a wide variety of industries. She is also a vocal advocate of AI ethics in a world moving decisively towards disruptive technologies. She advocates for purpose-driven organizations and recently created Automation Anywhere's first Social Impact Office with a goal to pay it forward and touch 100 million humans through its outreach programs.
What you didn’t know: If Neeti was trapped on a desert island, she’d have to have music, chocolate, coffee, and books (the paper kind) to even consider survival.

John Giannuzzi
Vice President, Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division
John is Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Division. In this role, John leads investments in growth stage enterprise technology companies, with a specific focus on software. He serves on several technology company boards. John joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 in the Investment Banking Division.
What you didn’t know: John is a private pilot, and when not working with cloud software, he enjoys flying planes.

Kathleen Holmgren
Chief Officer, Future Workforce
Kathleen Holmgren is a seasoned executive with 40 years of experience in the storage, software, computer systems, and management consulting industries. Ms. Holmgren currently serves on the Board of Extreme Networks (EXTR), Calavo Growers (CVGW), Automation Anywhere, and Fresh Realm.
Ms. Holmgren served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mendocino Software, a privately-held enterprise-class application data developer, from November 2007 to March 2008. Kathleen was responsible for the company's vision, direction and operational management. She participated in fund raising within the VC community and eventually led the sale of the company. In 2008 Ms. Holmgren established Sage Advice Partners, a management consulting firm specializing in the high-tech and green-tech markets. From October 2009 to December2016, she also served as a director at the Alliance of Chief Executives, LLC, an organization for chief executives. Prior to November 2007, Ms. Holmgren spent over 20 years at Sun Microsystems, Inc., a publicly held enterprise server company, where she held increasingly senior roles, culminating in Senior Vice President, Storage Systems. Kathleen rapidly grew Sun's storage business in 3 years to a $1.5B business. Before storage, Kathleen spent 11 years in the Operations group at Sun managing and leading all aspects of worldwide logistics, plant management, materials procurement, supply planning, process engineering, and manufacturing plant design.
Ms. Holmgren holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, where she is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board, and a M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Hilarie Koplow-McAdams
Venture Partner, New Enterprise Associates (NEA)
Hilarie joined NEA in 2017 as a Venture Partner on the technology team, where she focuses on enterprise software and services.
An enterprise software veteran, Hilarie spent the last three decades at growth-stage technology companies in operating and board roles. Most recently, Hilarie was President at New Relic, responsible for New Relic’s growth strategies, as well as leading global sales, marketing, customer success, support, and business development. Prior to New Relic, Hilarie was at Salesforce, where she was President and led the company’s worldwide sales teams and focused on growing the business globally. Hilarie joined Salesforce from Intuit, where she was Vice President of direct sales for small business and a member of the executive committee.
Hilarie started her career at Oracle, where she held a variety of roles over the course of 18 years, including Senior Vice President of Oracle Direct, where she drove the company’s rapid growth in both the technology and applications markets.
Hilarie currently serves on the boards of directors of Beyond Identity, Bloomreach, DataRobot, HackerOne, Knotch, and Zendesk. She is the Board Chair of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and serves on the advisory council of the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy. She previously served on the boards of directors of Tableau and Informatica.
Hilarie has a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Mills College. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband Steve and their two daughters.

Manoj Leelanivas
Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, Juniper Networks
Manoj serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Juniper Networks. In this role, Manoj manages alignment between product and go-to-market strategy and execution, overseeing product and marketing, while focusing on deploying technology that anticipates and solves customer and industry needs.
What you didn’t know: Manoj loves to travel and snowboard and he calls himself a perpetual rookie in golf.

Peter Munzig
Managing Director, General Atlantic
Peter is Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on investments in the firm’s technology sector. Peter originally joined General Atlantic in 2005 and rejoined again after receiving his M.B.A. in 2009. During business school in the summer of 2008, Peter worked at Torex, a General Atlantic portfolio company in the UK, on a range of strategic and operational initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, he was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs, where he advised clients in the industrial, consumer, and technology sectors on a wide range of M&A and corporate finance transactions.

Rob Theis
General Partner, World Innovation Labs
Rob is General Partner at World Innovation Labs and invests in a broad range of multi-stage technology companies with exceptional growth, including Auth0, BirdEye, BrightRoll, DocuSign, Fortinet, HubSpot, PGP, RingCentral, and VanceInfo. Rob works closely with committed entrepreneurs to create businesses that are revolutionary and become leaders in their respective markets. He has invested in over 25 companies creating an aggregate capitalization of $42 billion with seven IPOs and 11 acquired. Rob has a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from University of Pittsburgh.
What you didn’t know: Rob is an avid rock climber, scuba diver, sailboat racer, and a member of the Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Team.

Raman Chitkara
Board Member, Xilinx, Inc., SiTime Corporation and Arteris, Inc.
Mr. Chitkara is a seasoned, result-oriented senior executive with a history of successfully working with rapidly growing technology companies from startups to Fortune 200 companies worldwide. Mr. Chitkara brings extensive experience with financial accounting matters for rapidly scaling, large technology companies. His financial expertise enables Mr. Chitkara to contribute to the Board’s role in risk oversight including oversight of our accounting practices.
Mr. Chitkara worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), a public accounting firm, for over three decades, where he served as its Global Technology Industry Leader and worked with all kinds of technology companies including software, ecommerce, IP (intellectual property), semiconductors, computer components and communications. During his tenure at PwC, he held several additional leadership positions, including membership of the Audit Quality Board and Leader of the Global Assurance TICE (Technology, Information, Communication, Entertainment and Media) Practice.
Mr. Chitkara is a proven leader with an impeccable reputation of leveraging his well-recognized technical skills, global acumen and deep insights of technology industry in solving complex, business and financial reporting issues. Mr. Chitkara currently serves on the Boards of Xilinx, Inc., a supplier of programmable logic devices, SiTime Corporation, a supplier of silicon timing solutions and Arteris Inc., a provider of intellectual property (IP) and IP deployment technology. Mr. Chitkara’s extensive knowledge of the technology sector brings valuable, strategic insight to the Company’s next phase of growth.
